The company supports clinical research, operational medicine initiatives, and healthcare workforce programs that directly contribute to mission readiness across the Military Health System.
ASI graduated the 8(a) program in September 2025 with exceptional past performance supporting over $350 million in federal contract obligations, over 140 employees, with both CONUS and OCONUS operations.

Our Managing Member, Ms. Bridget LaFleur is a recognized leader in Federal healthcare program execution and Military Health System operations. Throughout her career, she has managed enterprise healthcare programs supporting the Department of War and the Defense Health Agency across multiple mission areas.
Ms. LaFleur previously served as Operations Manager for the APPTIS Healthcare Sector, overseeing a portfolio of healthcare programs and managing more than 125 personnel across over 40 Military Treatment Facilities worldwide.
Her portfolio included programs supporting medical coding, third-party collections, referral management, healthcare IT integration, and medical auditing services supporting military healthcare operations.
She has extensive experience leading healthcare workforce and operational initiatives across both CONUS and OCONUS environments, successfully expanding operational capacity across multiple federal healthcare programs.
Our Managing Member, Ms. Kim Bahrami Kim Bahrami brings deep expertise in enterprise healthcare systems, federal program transformation, and military medical IT infrastructure.
Her experience spans Defense Health Agency, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Air Force healthcare programs, where she has supported the integration and modernization of enterprise medical systems ranging from legacy platforms such as CHCS to emerging integrated electronic health record environments.
